Return window
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging, accessories, and serial labels intact. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return (RMA required)
Email support@portpilot.store to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.

If your return is accepted
We’ll email you a return label (for approved cases) and instructions. Ship the item within 7 days of approval using the provided instructions.


Damages, defects, or wrong item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact support@portpilot.store within 72 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos/video of the issue and packaging so we can make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Gift cards and final-sale items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., certain batteries/chemicals) except where permitted under carrier rules

  • Opened or used battery-powered items (e.g., power banks) unless defective/DOA

If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, email support@portpilot.store before sending it back.


Exchanges

For the fastest resolution, return the item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.


Shipping costs & restocking

  • Buyer’s remorse/fit issues: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply to cover inspection and repackaging.

  • Confirmed defects/damage/incorrect items: We cover return shipping and no restocking fee applies.

(Fees never apply to approved defective/damaged cases.)


Bundles & kits

If you return part of a bundle, the refund reflects the standalone price of the returned item(s), not the bundle discount.


International orders

Import duties and taxes are non-refundable. You’re responsible for return shipping and customs documentation.


Batteries & chargers (compliance)

Some products contain lithium batteries. Returns must follow carrier regulations (e.g., UN3481). We’ll provide packing guidance with your RMA.


Refunds

We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact support@portpilot.store.


European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
